What does the 8-week experience include?  

• Weekly Online learning & group coaching sessions (60-90 minutes, see event page for outline)   Tuesdays Beginning January 19th - Time TBD depending on Group Preference

• Post-session reflection exercises and tools

• Weekly individual coaching check-ins (20 minutes, schedule at your discretion)

• Online and virtual community to share content and experiences  

• … all for the cost of a typical introductory coaching session ($375)
